AskFit is free. It keeps only what it needs to coach you, and you can erase all of it at any time.

What we keep

Your first name, email and, if you chose one, a hashed password (we never see the password itself). The codes we email you to log in are kept only in scrambled form.
Your answers to the first questions: goal, age, height, weight and gym days.
What you log and your chat with the coach, including photos you send.

Only you see your data. We never sell it, and there are no ads.
To answer you, the coach sends your message, your photo and a short summary of your day to an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic), which does not train its models on what apps send it. Nothing else leaves AskFit.
A voice note goes to an AI service (Gemini, by Google) that writes it down. AskFit keeps only the text you send, never the recording.
Photos are stored privately and shown only to you, without the hidden camera details (place, phone model).

Remove any logged item with its ✕ button.
Me › Delete my account erases your account, chat, photos and logs at once, for good.
